93 octane would have saved her
i read the following in a report about 3/4 of a million people being evacuated from their homes in florida in anticipation of hurrican frances(damn you frances!!).
Patricia Thomas, 40, of Vero Beach, had trouble finding gas for BMW coupe because no stations had premium fuel.

"I just want to fill up my car and get far away from here," she said, her eyes puffy and red. "I'm mad, I'm frustrated, I'm scared. I'm not in a good place right now."
i use premium in my car too, but if there is a hurricane twice the size of ohio coming toward my home, i'll be syphoning gas out of the weedeater to get the hell out of dodge. she's the kinda person that gives bmw owners a bad name.
