ouch i ended up using my mental health day doing more labor than relaxation. i finally did a landscaping job i had been putting off for about 3yrs. i removed sections of my lawn in the back to connect two existing beds, put down weed shield & replaced all the existing wood dividers w/professional grade dividers/borders. that was yesterday. today, karen & i planted flowers, veggies & laid down mulch. my lower back is now DOA. why didn't i listen to zoot & kimberlee?
